Fun captures the power and beauty of women's tennis.
Task
Help women's tennis carve out its own unique space, rather than being a weaker version of men's tennis.
Results
We worked with the WTA and their players to develop the positioning of Strong is Beautiful.
With a limited budget, we devised a unique film approach that would capture the raw inner beauty of these players, unleashed between the white lines. We shot most of the players at the Indian Wells tournament on a separate studio. By having a simple, yet elegant creative device, we were able to capture a large amount of footage to create broadcast, social and print/outdoor content. Strong is Beautiful was an inspiration for millions of girls who attended tennis camps/academies around the world.
